Our Approach to Behaviour Therapy

Kind and Clear Assessment
We start by understanding what’s going on and what goals you have. We meet you where you’re at, and we’re never judgmental.

Personalized Plan
We create small, clear steps to help change behaviours and build skills. You’ll get practical strategies you can use right away.

Ongoing Coaching
We check in often and adjust the plan as needed. For kids, we work with parents and caregivers. For adults, we offer personal coaching and support.
Our therapy uses tools like ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), self-monitoring, and executive functioning strategies in a respectful, neurodivergent, affirming, client-centered way.
