Amy Cassell (she/her)

Occupational Therapist

Amy is an Occupational Therapist with Allied Therapy, based in Halifax, NS. She was born and raised in Newfoundland, and obtained her Master’s degree in Scotland, where she then worked at the Royal Hospital for Children providing occupational therapy services for children and

youth with a broad range of difficulties and medical diagnoses.

 

Amy has many years of experience working with children in both her professional and personal life and has a passion for supporting clients and their families with overcoming barriers to reaching their full potential. Amy’s practice revolves around family-centred and trauma- informed care, and her aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for her clients.


Outside of Allied Therapy, you can find Amy outside running or walking her dog, Murphy; or just about anywhere that offers a cup of tea and a sweet!
